Perform operations in a closed system and ensure adequate ventilation. Operators must undergo specialized training and strictly adhere to operating procedures. It is recommended that operators wear self-contained filtering respirators (half masks), chemical safety goggles, impervious protective suits, and oil-resistant rubber gloves. Keep away from ignition sources and heat; smoking is strictly prohibited in the workplace. Use explosion-proof ventilation systems and equipment. Prevent vapor from leaking into the workplace air. Avoid contact with oxidizers and acids. Handle with care during loading and unloading to prevent damage to packaging and containers. Equip the workplace with appropriate types and quantities of fire-fighting equipment and spill-response emergency handling equipment. Empty containers may still contain residual hazardous substances.
Storage
Store in a cool, well-ventilated warehouse. Keep away from sources of ignition and heat. Store separately from oxidizers and acids; mixing is strictly prohibited. Equip with appropriate types and quantities of fire-fighting equipment. The storage area shall be equipped with emergency spill-response equipment and suitable containment materials.
